Wow. It just dawned on me that I had not written in this diary for ages. The reason is simple. I had been severely depressed for half a year. Then came an unbelievable three month cold and then I threw out my back on Valentine's Day which was the cherry on top. Am back now with a renewed sense of well-being. Boys and girls life is too short to stay stuck in the doidrums. Life: live it! The title of the diary is from a Coltrane number. Gotta love it.
